Stan Shuman has been traveling and singing southern gospel music since 1970 with such groups as Roger Horne Trio, Jerry & the Singing Goffs, Naomi & the Segos, Danny Funderburke and Mercy's Way, and others. He has also been writing gospel music since 1979. His very first song, "Somebody Touched Heaven for Me" was co-written with songwriter Savannah Foust. Since that time he has written over 100 songs and has had his songs recorded by such artists as The Kingsmen, Gold City, Dixie Melody Boys, Danny Funderburke and many others. Stan has appeared at the Ryman, and The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, and has done television appearances on The 700 Club, PTL, Atlanta Live, Insp Network, and others. Stan makes his home in Cocoa, Florida with his lovely wife, Kitty. He has 2 daughters and 2 sons, 2 granddaughters, and 1 grandson that he holds dear to his heart. Stan has a heart for ministry and believes that if one person comes to know Christ it's worth every mile that you travel. He believes 100% in what and who he sings about, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He, along with Greg Day are the co-founders of the group "Midnight Cry."
