Set Apart

Set Apart, a Bluegrass Instrumental and Vocal Band, chose its name from Psalms 4:3: "But know that the Lord hath SET APART him that is godly for Himself; 
The Lord will hear when I call upon Him." Their purpose is to live up to that special name by their actions and talents, spreading the Gospel Of Jesus Christ throughout America and via their recordings, to other countries with an appreciation for Bluegrass Gospel Music. 

The group has been traveling for ten years, expanding to many states around their beloved home state of Tennessee.  In that time, they have performed with a great number of top Bluegrass Groups and Southern Gospel artists. 
Reared in the Mountains of Tennessee, instrumental and vocal music became their theme during the early years of their lives.  Giving their lives and talents to God directed the paths they chose, and now, only at ages nineteen to twenty-six, they possess professional talents only shared by our nation's most revered professionals.

Set Apart has one purpose and one purpose alone, to let the world know that Jesus is Lord. 
"Our songs, our music, and our work are the property of God and are done to honor and uplift His name.
Our goal is to see souls saved and people blessed...and we hope that through our music and The Holy Spirit, the seeds of a new birth will grow in the lives we touch and help many, who hear God's message in our songs, come to know His Wonderful Grace, Mercy, and Blessings. Set Apart humbly asks for your prayers that God will continue to touch our ministry and that we will always do what is pleasing to Him.
