Servants Heart Quartet was formed in July of 2004 and prayerfully named in order to remind us as artists, as well as all who hear our music, to keep our hearts and minds focused on our Lord, Jesus Christ. This new group is based upon the truths of God's Word, which is evident not only in the songs they sing, but also in the lives that these men live.
With over 50 years of Gospel Music experience between them, Servants Heart Quartet consists of lead singer Jeff Hollaway from Olive Branch,MS, baritone singer Dwayne Conlee, from Bartlett, TN, Jimmy Azbill, tenor, from Jackson,TN, and bass singer Mark Carmack, from Collierville,TN.
Throughout our lives, we have heard that many have been called to preach and some have been called to sing, but it became clear to this group of men that the Lord had placed only one calling in all of us as Christians, and that is to be His humble servants. If we will only make ourselves available to Him, then He will place us where He will have us to be used in His ministry. This is without a doubt what our ministry is all about.
We are not a group formed by chance, we are individuals, who by making ourselves available to the Lord, were placed together to do the work of the Lord. Our first professionally released album was made available in January 2008 through the well established Eddie Crook Company in Goodlettsville,TN. Dave Wilcox, Scott Godsey, and especially Eddie himself, have been a blessing to us through the whole process, and have helped us along the way with love and guidance. Last, but not the least, our never-ending challenge to you is to stop worrying about what God wants you to do, and surrender yourself to become His servant so that He can use you in the way that He would have you to do.
Remember that Our Strength Comes from the Lord, and that He'll ALWAYS be there for you.
