Scott and Sheila Davis provide a “warm family feeling” each week as a musical team. Scott provides vocal arrangements, plays trumpet, leads praise and worship, and provides music to fit each congregation or engagement. Sheila provides piano/keyboard and plays to studio tracks for Scott’s vocal arrangements. She plays for the praise and worship music and can provide from piano to full orchestration using sound modules at the keyboard.
Scott has served four congregations as Pastor of Music and Worship. He has extended degrees and certification from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Montclair State University, and The Recording Workshop. His majors are in music, worship, American Church History, and recording. In addition to the church positions, Scott has traveled solo dates, with his family, a southern gospel quartet and now as husband and wife.
Sheila started playing piano at the age of eight years old. She was called upon to play for her home church and played for the congregational music for several years. Sheila can play several styles of music including hymns, gospel, praise and worship, and southern gospel. She has played for local quartets in the Charleston, West Virginia area.
Scott and Sheila look forward to a wonderful future serving Jesus Christ and using their talents to minister to people. Whether in a concert, revival, special service, or just one on one, they want to give God the praise and let HIM lead their lives to fulfill HIS purpose. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
Scott and Sheila work in all churches and gospel music events and will provide quality music to uplift all that attend.
