In 2005, manager Jimmy Kilgo, who was the neighbor of Myron Williams at that time, started talking about singing together again. They began to meet and practice and were reunited withFreddy Barnes. Through prayer, GodSent was the name these men would choose in partaking in this journey.
Not only are they active in their Churches, but also in their communities by sharing their music ministry in Nursing Homes, Shelters, Auditoriums, Festivals and Special Events.
GodSent has been blessed to share the stage with:
“The Legendary Mighty Clouds of Joy", "Alvin Darling and Celebration" and also a special event for Ruth Graham, the daughter of Rev. Billy Graham. A concert experience with GodSent will be packed with energy and humbleness and will help uplift people through their songs. All three lead songs with different styles from a laid back stop and think style, to a style that will compel you to get up with excitement, clap your hands and stomp your feet. Their harmonies are tight and seasoned with a brotherly type connection.
