             East Ridge Boys

Gospel music has always had its share of talented artists,            and with the addition of this dynamic vocal group known as The East Ridge Boys, the industry never looked brighter.   Hailing from the small town of Lick Creek, Kentucky,  these guys have already started taking the gospel music world by storm.  They have already garnered a #1 single that held its position for an impressive 6 weeks in a row in the Southern Gospel Times Magazine entitled "One Small Miracle" written by
band member Fonso Fields, and two Singing News Magazine hits "Come See A Man" that came in at #44 and their most
recent single written by band member David Taylor entitled "Someday" came in at #28.  In 2013, they were awarded the
Distinguished Kentucky Colonels Award recognizing them for all their charitable community body of work that they have accomplished.  This award was presented by Gov. Steve Beshear on their behalf. They have appeared in two Regional Showcases at the Prestigious National Quartet Convention and have performed for the National Autism Walk Foundation.                 Not bad for an artist that has only been formed for four years. Their combined 90 years of experience is the token
of these seasoned artists. Richie Rose manages the group and is
the Lead/Baritone vocal, while David Taylor handles the sound and is the Tenor/ Lead vocal and is one of the two songwriters this group has, wrapping up this talented line up of men is             Fonso Fields who is the second songwriter and acts as the driver and handles the Lead/Tenor/Baritone vocals.                             Their smooth harmonies entangled with Country and Southern Gospel melody lines create a mass appeal that very few artists are able to achieve. Performing 100 plus dates a year, you may have seen them on stage with today's gospel music premier artists such as The Freemans, Michael Combs and the Legendary Singing Cookes. These "Godly Good Ole Boys" have a heart for the struggling people of today and they strive to win as
many people for the cause of Christ as possible. This is just the
beginning, with their increasing tour schedule and visibility on radio, it won't be long before their name becomes synonymous with gospel music. The future is bright for these men we affectionately call "The East Ridge Boys."
